Just me wanting to draw something on if Fredrick were a part of Team Rocket.

Considering he's a Hoenn Native and rarely leaves Hoenn that seems really unlikely XD;
Though he did train with Koga for Ninja stuff so that's where this came in

Mich has a vendetta against Team Rocket. His parents were killed fighting against Team Rocket when he was a child before he was old enough to get his own trainer licence (this was back when the 10 year old minimum was still a thing).

And he's always mutually hated Fredrick.
