He's a Hoenn Native Coordinator from an Old Money family.
His mother is the Old Money. His father's side has a lineage of being a ninja. He trained in that as well, but few people are privledge to that information.

His mother is sickly but surprisingly she survived her husband who did not live many years into Fredrick's childhood. He's the youngest but only son. He has two older sisters. One is a breeder and... I'm not sure what the oldest does anymore XD; (I never developed his sisters tbh)
