I was so happy to be able to finally get around to finishing a reference for Draco in the new Spring Festival. Technically it was renamed a Sakura Festival or Hanami or whatever. But it's almost the same as the Kimono Tea Festival thing Azureus had in 2010.

I actually mostly just touched up and completed my sketch reference of 2014 for this one. But I'm so happy with how it turned out. And Draco just wore the same kimono as last year to this years anyway so recycling yay!
