Can Foos transition to a feral form, or are they always anthros?

  They transform into the feral (or "guardian" form as Kayla has been putting it) under certain circumstances. Personally, I haven't quite pinned it down for Jake and Cassie, but for Tex, I think he's old and experienced enough to do it whenever he wants.
