You guys seem to be misunderstanding this stupid doodle. It is not negative.

The negative words are being said to the character and that is why the words are being directed to her ears. In the background, behind the character it reads, "lies". This clearly is a positive picture showing that she does not believe what is being said to her. However this could be seen as a negative image also because of the abusive things that have been said to her.
