Dakota West is a young Irish woman in her senior year at a specialty art high school in Virginia. She recently got a tattoo on her left wrist, but there's something strange about it. It glows when she gets near her car. She doesn't have to wonder why for long when she walks out one morning to find a naked man standing where her car was, looking at her in bewilderment.
