Werewolf (Inktober 2015) by Ageaus

Werewolf (Inktober 2015)

Ageaus

A howl echoes across the moors and the hunter's moon shines above, hypnotic.
Your heart is pounding, there's no sense in denying it anymore.

Teeth sharpen and ears point, your noise gets turns cold, black and wet. Muscles and sinew are resculpted, expanding, turning clothes to ineffectual shreds, thick wiry fur explodes across the body.

Your hands lengthen, while your fingers shrink, thumbs are little more than vestigal stumps, all sporting claws. The body grows and heaves becoming more besital by the second. Your feet arch and elongate, sporting claws to match your hands.

The fur covers you as a coat, as your warped spine grows out into a tail. The face lurches forward into a canine snout, and your sense intensify. Your skin burns as your insides melt and reshape. Your clothes are a raggedy cage you tear off in rage. You throw your head back, as you rise up and another howl echoes across the land.

Your howl, summoning the others.

As your mind recedes, you hope this time you got far enough away...

Happy Almost Halloween!

This was made for werewolf wednesday, in honor of the Hunter's Moon, but I didn’t finish in time.
