No, he's not upset about the whole TG thing (having been male in the first place, he might even be happy :P), but is instead expressing his displeasure at SAI freaking out, crashing and losing the original version of this picture. On the bright side, I like this pose quite a bit more then the original, it feels very "me". Also, I love how expressive Case is with feline ears <3
