The demon leans back in his throne, a clawed hand running through his pet succubus. The souls of the damned struggle before him as he watches while his manservant attends to him, the strange creature, once human, now merged into the structure of the dias itself. "Why is there no sacrifice before me?" he asks the servant.

This was actually done by a number of different artists, Angel doing the original work, then working with others for inks and coloration (see his page linked above for details). The bright purple image was the original one from the color artist, the green one more in Angel’s original vision of what it should look like.

I’m not sure which I like better, so here are both!

(I’ve also been told this looks a bit like the iron throne. I have to admit, I’ve never seen Game of Thrones, so couldn’t say…)
