In all the awful stuff that happens in this run, at least in all the previous parts I can still hold hope for as horrible as they are, there are still chances for a turn or for the protagonist to be stopped or redemption or reset but, not only is this deeply horrifying and shocking... this happens at the point of no return and can't be stopped once it got here, and that makes this really damn upsetting as all hell scene even worseeee
