One part standard issue "Adventurers guild" but also very set for the setting and reasonably well respected. Of my current defined characters in the manatear my characters... Sydney, Chaujen, and December are all members of SRRO. Other characters might work with SRRO in short term basis, for example Daisy using her skills to address a specific kind of situation.
