The manatear's "frontiers" change often enough that manatear maps have given up on detailing the details that will vanish months later. Cartographers and wayfinders joke that the manatear has it out for them.

The exact process of the flux is different. Some change it in small ways, others wipe the entire effective "Canvas" and redraw the landscape. Whatever is more interested for artists to engage. :)
