Out of Patreon early access. This is the second reference about kobolds and mentions some dragon details. It's mostly a "Here is their shared elements" note because they gotta be associated. Also a canonization of the old kobold mask TF I did it's just what they do because it's a good motif.

Not every dragon and kobold follow these rules, but they will be details endemic'ish to my setting.
