A 'naked' and 'inhuman' velociraptor that stems from an alt-timeline of either jurassic world or jurassic park. basically in Tangerine's line, fancy-raptors (like fancy mice and designer snake morphs found in pet shops) are bred by high-classed members of society that have too much money.

Like many other science-bred dinosaurs, Tangerine is mixed with DNA from other animals for the purpose of exploiting decoration and aesthetic. In his case, Tangerine has traits from both Pantherophis guttatus hence the milky-orange patterning and possibly extended vocal traits of Menura novaehollandiae as Tangerine shows an amazing mimicry ability.

(And because of his bird genes, he shows exemplary bird-like behaviours such as preening... Which is classified as abnormal considering that Tangerine does not have feathers to show.)
