Fleece and felt backpack, closes with a leather loop around a pointed plastic button. Inside, there are two main compartments in pink fleece, and three smaller pockets in red felt; two like lungs, and one like an anatomical heart. I have one of these for myself, and there's another floating around that was commissioned by someone here in Toronto who saw me wearing mine.
