I have two different sorts of commissions: Digital and Traditional. Each have slightly different costs. Variances are due to difficulty and cost of supplies. Characters vary as well; reference, no reference, and non-human. For traditional, I do mostly pencil and colored pencil work, and occasionally do charcoal, pastel, and paint. Can do mixed media or 3D, but only upon special request.
