This is a special Christmas event where I bring together all the pets I have grown up with in my lifetime to share this special day.

Starting with the pug on the couch with Dexter and Zilda reading is Boegard.  I don't remember much about him since he passed away when i was around 12 years old, just that he was a rescue dog and he mostly kept to himself, very quiet, so I decided to dress him up as a classy detective uncovering the secrets of Santa Claus. 

Next on the computer console with Kayla is Pigglestein Levine Gittelsohn Tetenbaum.  He was always a funny sort, always being goofy and silly.  His tongue was too big for his head so it always stuck out.  That dog always made me laugh, and was really the first dog I decided to immortalize in cartoons way back then.  For some reason I just found it entertaining that he caused trouble in the most diabolical ways for Kayla and the Kosmics like some sort of benevolent god.

Then there over by the fireplace with the camera snapping Spencer flirting with Boots Moose is Harlin.  I spent a lot of time in college so I don't remember much about him just that when I first held him in my arms as a puppy, I knew I wanted him.  He was the one that got me to fall in love with large dogs, particularly retrievers.  I always found him to be quite dignified, with his white patches of fur so I thought he was a good match for Spencer.

Of course you're familiar with the dog in the windowsill with Mobi watching out for Santa, my previous dog, Otis.  He was my best friend and I had the closest emotional attachment to.  He always had a charming smile and best disposition.  There was never a dog better than him in my life.  It's a bit depressing that he died before making it one more Christmas with me, but I'm sure he's happy up there with the other dogs, and he will always have a place in Sunnisyde as Mobi's companion.

Finally over by the tree and a disgruntled Chubbs is my newest dog, Max.  I'm had him for a couple months, and he is a bit of a handful, very bratty and mischievous. I could see him doing something like this to my Christmas tree.  Still I can't help but love him none the less and I hope he grows up to be a good boy.
