The eyes look amazing: very glittering and full of life, just right for a little pony!
Not sure what to add, except maybe that glasses tend to distort the shapes behind them, so you could add a little extra realism there (I only really know this as a glasses user). I have a slight confusion about the direction of the light source too, which seems to be both in front of her and behind her, but I'm assuming she's standing in front of a diffuse reflector :)
Really digging the feathering and indistictness at the ends of the hair. Not everything needs to be perfectly in focus (again, glasses!), and hair is fine stuff! I like how you're drawing it into texture and blocks and - i think - placing the bulk of the colour where the light catches.
