Am I right in thinking that he/she is based off of Winter Wyvern? If you know who that is, anyway.-
I thougt of a winter/ice dragon and I like wyverns a lot. ^^ so yes. I mixed it. For his colours I choosed between white and blue. Blue won. ^^

Fair enough. ^.=.^ He looks just like Winter Wyvern (a character from a game called Dota 2). Huge fan of both!

After I read "winter wyvern" in your first comment I looked with google for that species. Then I saw it looks a bit like that character of dota 2 (until that moment I didn't know the game or it's characters ^^") But it is what I said: a dragon species that combined a wyvern (two wings, two legs, scales no feathers, body more bird-like) and the element of water/ice. :)
