Couple of characters in a scene from my story project. One is probably recognizable as Arphalia, though in the story-verse he goes under a different name for much of his adult life and associates more with it in the end. (Trying to split myself from the character as much as I can without renaming completely.) Since this has to do with the story itself, I'm going to hold off on what all is going on here, who the other character is, etc.

Eventually, possibly soon, I'm going to set up a Patreon that will mostly be for story art, like this here, and for character sketches and anything relating to the story or the world it takes place in. Then after the story is solidified, the same Patreon is where I'm thinking I might start rolling out the actual story pages. It will end up as my priority posting place for them anyways. This is the tentative plan anyhow. I'll start the Patreon once I get a nice backlog of stuff to put on it.

As for the art here, its India ink (black and sepia) on hot press watercolor paper. I usually use the more textured cold press but wanted to give the hot press a try. I like that it is more smooth but it doesn't seem to soak up the water as fast, which kinda messed with me a bit. Size is about 5 x 7 inches.
