He's got a slight west african accent that time has whittled at. Mikail is very old and with time has become very sagely. He comes from a islamic background but uses most ways of spirituality as examples. He's fond of his books and often quotes them. Mikail's relatives have long since passed, so those he considers friends are apart of his makeshift family. While he's welcoming, no one is free from very heavy scrutiny. He returned to a city he set roots in to find it was commandeered by a crime syndicate.

He dismantled it and took over. He created his own syndicate that worked through the system to clean up and run his beloved city, his territory. Nothing happens in his territory without his knowing-- there are eyes, ears, and noses everywhere that keep him updated.
His base is a very popular night club called The Den. Previously named, he thought it was amusingly fitting. Most of the city knows of Mikail but only under the radar, he keeps out of the public eye. Those who don't know him directly have mixed feelings about his presence and role in the city. Only his inner circle know of his supernatural... characteristics.
