Waldolf made it into the Good Bears of the World Journal Bear Tracks again. This time from his appearance at the Good Bears of the World Teddy bear Jubilee in Kansas City Mo. The theme of the convention was Star and stripes so Waldolf wore a "Uncle Sam" balloon hat and a Star and Stripe balloon and a flag :)
