Lost River is not a place to go if you're even a little bit claustrophobic.

This cave wasn't much of a challenge, the novelty was walking between two flat slabs of granite.

You can just make out the wooden foot of the exit ladder on the right.

The lanterns help provide a bit of illumination in the dark caves. Not that you'll get lost, these caves don't have branching paths, but so you can actually tell where the exit is (and not brain yourself on low hanging rocks)
