Cicero, when giving an inspirational (if not sorta cliche) speech, you have to make sure you're conveying the right message! You've got the presentation down pat, but you have to keep in mind that people can interpret things differently.

So, here's the thing about Cicero, right. My plan was to use him exclusively as filler, since the character had otherwise been dead in the water for almost a decade. But as I started plotting Got Wrecked further ahead, Cicero began to take a personality of his own, and now he's wriggled his way into a more defined place into my Pokemorph canon.

So congratulations, Cicero, I hope you're happy with yourself :|
