This I had done a few months ago on FA by a very talented artist. Charlie has been in multiple settings, including the Fallout series. In this one, she is a 2nd Lieutenant in the NCR, donning the Elite Riot armor and carrying an Anti-Material rifle. In the tabletop version there's a slight difference: she has two mechanical limbs (the Elric effect, if you will). I hope to obtain a piece to include those details :3
