Finally finished a new, much more accurate reference sheet for my fursona Denali. First off, yes, I totally just copy/pasted her harness from her previous reference sheet because oh my god was that a pain in my ass to do. Wasn't going through that again, haha.
So this reference sheet shows off her ears and facial structure much, much better than any other reference or drawing I've done of her previously. Her ears are finally depicted in a proper crop, and her muzzle and head are in perfect squarish blockiness. Her tail curl and tail pattern are also more accurate.
For those that are curious, Alaskan Mountain Terrier is a breed that is basically a cross between the American Pit Bull Terrier, Bernese Mountain Dog, and the Alaskan Husky (which isn't really a breed but more of a category or type of dog defined by purpose rather than ancestry).
Personality:
Denali acts more or less like your typical working dog - strong, playful, driven, willing to perform tasks, etc. She loves pulling things, playing with bones/rawhides, ropes, balls, and other dog toys; she likes exploring and trekking through the wilderness, playing in snow, chewing on things, digging, and just being a dog.
She doesn't have many human characteristics besides her anthropomorphic build. She doesn't talk very much, and she is not usually upright, but prefers to trot around on all fours. She does take advantage of her opposable thumbs though. Just think what a dog would do if it was able to grab and hold things.
01/03/14 Edit: Decided Nali really has no business having breasts other than gender identification, and it just seems unnecessary to me now that I really look at her. Given that she's supposed to be more animalistic in appearance and nature anyway, it doesn't make sense for her to just randomly have boobs. So no boobs for Nali. Gives her a more toony look anyhow, which is nice.
