This is the piece that  TaniDaReal and I did for the FCN 2011 conbook cover. The scene is a Japanese summer festival, with lots of characters enjoying themselves in yukata (light summer kimono), and getting treats/playing games at the various booths.

I did the pencil sketch of the piece, as well as inked it digitally, and Tani did the coloring.
