Quicksilver-class Patrol Corvette (Block I)

Two hundred meters and 3.3 kilotons of fusion-powered fury, now celebrating forty years of doing everything from hunting commerce raiders, terrorists and claim jumpers to rescuing disaster victims and running priority charter flights. If only she were twenty years younger. Block II ships keep getting delayed, the first of those weren't available until about five years ago. Stupid budget cuts. Such is life as a public agency equivalent to Azore's Orbit Guard...but do you really want to go back to the days of private security PMSF as a glorified batch of thugs out for protection money?

Because really, life's just not the same without sword- and machine pistol-wielding toon Dunkleosteus space battleships. I don't get to draw enough thick-line stuff anyway, so Solarstorm offered me some good opportunities to experiment with the format. A future revision will move the numbers and lettering outside of the circle so I can make them a bit larger.

(I tend to use the Terran-centric tendency to refer to ships as female. I think they're generally considered an "it" by Azoreans.)
