But why did all these once ordinary townsfolk suddenly turn into monsters? Conner confronts the last of the vermin who is not pleased with having his little group busted up. Not pleased at all.

Concept art for a story idea I have. Conner might seem old-mannish (he's actually a young adult at this point) waving his walking stick about, but it doubles as his wizard staff after he had leg injuries a few years previous.
