Karen Hooves is a fan character of MLP made by jayruki. I did get permission to draw her.

Following a rather embarrassing situation that lead to the loss of her dress, Karen decided to take a less traveled path home to avoid being seen in her embarrassing undergarments. Unfortunately, a lot of low hanging branches were in the middle of the path and one of them unknowingly snagged the rim of her diaper. She kept on walking anyway until she heard the sound of fabric tearing and felt a cold breeze on her flank. Most ponies don’t mind being nude, unfortunately, Karen is not one of those ponies.
