My mom got this Turkish metal hair clip from my aunt since she could not wear it because it was too heavy for her hair. But my mom couldn't wear it in her hair for the same reasons. She didn't want to get rid of the hair clip because it it pretty so she asked if I could make it into a necklace and so I did.
