A hulking behemoth of an oni, Xagras has risen through the ranks of oni-kind over the course of many decades. Always exceptionally lucky, Xagras's true rise to power came when he fell upon Teruko's Trust, a powerful kitsune amulet that amplifies the wearer's luck. Now calling himself the Oni Prince, Xagras has assembled a posse of other oni, evil kitsune, and other fell creatures and taken over a large portion of Nippon, demanding children as taxes to sate his unending appetite.
