Much like Anti, Anavale wears a body-glove under most of his duty gear. In Anavale's case, it also helps to control and retain moisture. While Verroth do have natural ways to keep moisture, artificial means tend to be a bit superior. Their natural slime dries out on the surface and forms a glossy protective skin, but it can still be rubbed off by exessive contact with abrasive things like rough fabric, sand etc. or even scraped off accidentally. The body glove also serves as temperature regulation, something important when in space in particular as in general Imperial ships go light on the climate control in favour of the crew using body gloves for achieve individual comfort.

Anavale just looks fantastic in that bodysuit though, it's like wearing it manages to somehow show off -more- of his physique. Maybe I just have a fetish for form fitting clothing though? It's hard to say. But he definitely looks handsome in it.~
