Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday. I'm truly blown away by the number of people who sent their wishes along. I hadn't expected more than a couple but the amount of replies just... WOW. I haven't had a chance to respond to my messages but I will as I get time. :) It was low key, as much as I'd wanted to do something notable I just ran out of time to plan and things didn't line up as well as I'd hoped, but as far as birthdays go, I had fun.

I started the day playing some games that meant a lot to me, FF7, FF8, and XCOM, had breakfast, went out to get my starbucks birthday drink, got some birthday accoutrements (see photo) and went out for a candy apple and dinner at my favorite restaurant... I've now tried Crème Brulee. So good....

As for the theme, I knew I wanted a Happy Birthday banner. I'd planned on just a generic one, but then I saw the MLP banner and the tiaras and I was like, hell yeah. (Note: The cashier asked if they were for my daughter. I said, nope, for me. HAHA.) The fun thing about being an adult is if I want an MLP birthday party while dressed like a zebra I do it because I can. :)
