Oh yes she can transform into anything. Her body is totally changable. But her sex will never change with that. Is it offensive? I mean she is not transexual she just likes to experiment and she can change her color, bodysize, features, not just you know genitals and boobs.

As magic user: firebreath, can make you feel ill/love/very sad etc., transformation. So her magic is dangerous and she often uses this irresponsible. And also no she is not perfect. She's not that good in magic as she thinks so she also often f*cks up things and characters like Koshia and Reagen is totally immune to her magic. (maybe she and he has magical ancestors)
