Sébastien once lived in Zootopia, but sadly, he never liked it due that the government never worked to fix the Hippo Drying Platform that is installed in the Hippo Village.

Sébastien also have been forced to live like all Hippo do that is underwater. He neither adapted the Hippo's natural habit yet ferals. So is a double strike.

I love when Hippos are wet. Specially Sébastien when his eyes are being covered by his long hair. ^^
