Once you pay, she/he is yours.
You can:
-make minor change color/markings
-change the outfits to any color
-add any piercings/tattoos/accessories to her/him
-change gender
You cannot:
-completely change the design, I worked hard on this
-resell him/her immediately after buying
-resell him/her at a higher price(unless you buy lots of art of them)

Please follow the rules and don't complain about price!
