Julius is the top ranking officer in General Fetadoras government coalition, being one of the newest attempts at Rodenxian Reanimation and Weaponization commissioned by Fetadora himself.

Julius is a very obedient person, easily bending to Fetadora's whims and going out of his way to make sure his higher up is pleased with him no matter the cost. Though he is obedient, he's also absent minded and curious about his own limits as a reanimated body (meaning im totally gonna draw stuffing art of Julius in the future, get hype)

The bolts on his neck are the only thing keeping him alive, they constantly run electric currents through his body, if the bolts were tampered with or removed entirely; he would return to being a rotting corpse
