This was a page from my sketchbook that I did during our summer vacation for my roommate and best friend, SpectrumShift of his fursona.

This is Xander, we dubbed him a "bat-wagon" (bat-wolf-dragon hybrid)

Mostly wolf-like but has dragon tail, teeth, tongue, and scales with a bat-like nose and ears.

He has the ability to form dragon scales and spikes all over his body in different patterns at will, reactively for protection, or based on his emotional state.
I felt like drawing his feral form to be more werewolf/monstery because no one has done that before :) But his scale design is mostly left to creative freedom.
