Hello Weasyl Users,

We've swept some dust out of the site and tidied things up. We would like to share the following bug fixes and improvements:

• The policy for new passwords is now a straightforward 'at least 10 characters' requirement. Error messages and directions have been updated to reflect this.
• Character thumbnails are now generated in the same format as their source image. In particular, this means that transparent pngs should now work as expected. (You will have to remake thumbnails for your existing characters to get new ones.)
• Fixed an issue where uploading an image as a cover could prevent a user from re-using the same image as a visual submission.
• The buttons for the submissions section of the message center have been re-arranged to be consistent with other sections.
• When no search results are found, the link back to the browse page now has a better contrast.
• Added a 'Search terms help' link under several search boxes.
• Moved the 'Ratings Guidelines' link from support to policy section in the page footer.
• More kinds of content are now be served through the site's CDN.
