I am taking a "No Contact" day on Monday.

For those who may be new, this means I will be shutting off my cell phone, not running instant messengers, likely not even responding to posts here all day tomorrow.

A combination of illness (bronchitis/upper respiratory bug and the pleurisy) and psychological matters (having to buoy a friend up through yet another breakdown/talk of suicide/giving up) is causing this.

I simply need a day to recover...as that combo hit when I had very few resources available to me.
