that's a tough question. Further developing your art skills means a lot of practice. I found what helps me keep my mood up while drawing is to draw a warm-up. Like before I start doing any serious drawing, I'll pull out a notepad or some sticky-notes and just draw basic shapes (circle, triangle, and squares) and squiggles over and over so my drawing hand is ready for the more serious art I'll draw later. It's like stretching before exercising so you prevent injuries/sprains.

Pretty much searching the words "drawing tutorial" or "how to draw 'thinghere' " on almost any art social networking site will bring up a bunch of results. To get the most out of tutorials, ask yourself what you have the most trouble drawing with right now and maybe search for a tutorial on that. Like if you are having trouble with hands, looking up a "how to draw hands tutorial" it will help a TON.
