Alright, anyone who happens across this, name a high quality artist that's great with clothing. Yes, clothing! I am the one person on the internet who wants to get some art with a fully & intricately clothed character featured front and center. :P

The few I can think of are indefinitely closed to commissions. Everyone else has a mostly creature and/or nude portfolio that doesn't prove much costume design ability or understanding of folds/draping/weight/tension/etc. Or their style/skill level isn't to my liking for this specific idea.
