-You must have a photo reference for the animal. I will not do character portraits at this time, only real animals. I will do just about any animal so long as you have a reference for it. The reference should be clear and of good quality.

-The photo reference must be your own, or you must show me proof that you have permission to use it. Because of the photorealistic style of my scratchboards, I don't want to be caught by someone saying that I've stolen a photo to reference.

-I work only in greyscale at the moment. I don't have the materials at the moment to do color scratchboards. If the photo you give me is in color, I will convert it to black and white.

-If you want to have multiple animals in one scratchboard, that's okay! But 5x5 scratchboards are limited to one animal, 5x7 to two, 8x8 to three, and 8x10 scratchboards to four or five. I can do only so much detail on each creature. I am also more than willing to combine several photos into one if you don't have a "family shot" of your critters all together. I'll show you the combined picture before I start working on the scratchboard so you can approve it.

-I WILL ship to any country, but you are required to pay any shipping costs. Prices have gone up recently, unfortunately, so take that into account if you live outside of the U.S.

-I usually do two or three progress shots for large scratchboards, and one or two for medium ones.

-Scratchboards are coated with a clear fixatif once they are finished to preserve them. They're not indestructible, but they'll be more difficult to accidentally scratch.

-I take payment by PayPal only, and only in USD. Make sure you choose USD.

This price includes highly detailed work of up to the maximum number of animals as outlined above. You will receive the original scratchboard via Priority Mail once payment is received and the piece is finished.
