Getting hit with the brain pan by r-a-blackpaws

So, once again, I have had an episode of dizziness and vertigo.

I cancelled my online appointment and went to bed. This was shortly after noon.

Right now, the dizziness has somewhat passed, but I have pain and a feeling of pressure in the back of my head that comes and goes.

I may be heading to the doc on Monday if this does not clear up. This whole thing has been intermittent over the past two weeks...but, when it's active, it lays me out.

Anyone have any advice? Cause I will say this: extra strength Tylenol doesn't even DENT it. >.<

Tylonol has never TOUCHED my headaches. Advil liqui-gels on the other hand, work wonders. It's meant for migraines, so I'd suggest giving it a try as a stop gap while waiting to see a doc.

There was a thing I stumbled on when I was fighting the dizzies that helped http://www.wikihow.com/Alleviate-Vertigo Doing some of those turns and stretches kinda helped :3
