Okay. First an apology. This Update may seem like a rant, but that's only because this artist is shedding feathers like Iago, and I wish for you all to share my pain. also just a note, I am looking in to the issue with Draggy's help, If I need anyone else's help, I will ask you. Thank you

So First of all Thank you for all those who came on Saturday. It was wonderful to see you all. I love and appreciate each and everyone of you. I had intended to go the full length of my stream which seems lately on the weekends to be like 7 hours long, but I had what is known as a technical SNAFU...and since then its just seemed to cascade in to even larger issues (I will get to that in a moment. Now normally I love Manga Studio, I have both MS4 debut and EX and I love working with them........except ever so often it decides to vex me. Now one of these issues cropped up during stream. My "magic" tone brush decided that I couldn't access it or change the brush type/size, which is inconvenient for me, but no biggie, shutting down the program and restarting, should help right?

..Hahahhahaha...no.

It proceeded to deny me access to ALL MY FRICKING TOOLS!!, I could open/save/edit...but any actually drawing? Nooooooooo.. So rather that expose everyone to my swearing and grumbling as I tried to get it working again, I ended the stream there (with the promise of if I got it working I would get to streaming again)

I proceeded to the next step of techincal troubleshooting....."Turning it off and on again" I.e rebooting my lappy. Did that help? Noooope.

Okay. Next step, the uninstall and reinstall.......now this is where the REAL fun begins....the clean uninstall goes nicely and soon I have a MS free laptop. This is the only part that seems to go smoothly. I reboot the lappy again (Out of habit) and fish out the disc for MS4 EX, it boots up with auto run, click install.....NOTHING. "Okay," I think "Maybe it just needs some time" So I wait.......half fricking hour and nothing still. So I click it again.....nada. Okay access the disc through explorer and find the step up file and run it from there....Lo, it did start to install..... Start being the keyword. It gets to around 80% and .......it stops. A message pops up basically saying "there is a problem A program could not be run" AND THEN PROCEEDS TO AUTOMATICALLY UNINSTALL!

Im ready to freak out, but no. take a breath and try and troubleshoot, I googled, I went to Smith Mirco's website, I could find NOTHING about my issue...But its okay I have another version. Manga studio 4 debut, okay its not as good as EX, but better than nothing right? I can at least finish due commissions and such and then look for another option. Unlike EX this is a digital download, so I should get everything from my amazon page. I download it, no problem, get the installer up.............

In short, I dont have my art program. So today Im gonna be looking at my options and getting this DANG issue sorted.

People who are waiting on art, there maybe a slight delay,(A day hopefully) but please don't worry, as soon as I have some functioning art program I will get back to the grindstone. Luckily I have my work saved as back ups and such, so I can work from them. Hopefully I will have some kind of solution today.

TL:DR Artist fighting technology and getting nowhere.
