Avatar woes by Vustex

I'm trying my best to upload an avatar, but all I'm getting right now is my ref sheet, the whole one, not just the part I want. I guess I'll be happy with that for now. Something *is* wrong with the site though since it doesn't save correctly after I've cut out the part that I want :/

    it only cut out a mini pic to show before you see the whole pic

    don't you have any program that you can cut it out and save as a second pic?
