Thinking about officially putting down the pen. [Updated] by beepy
I'm struggling right now and I really don't know if I'll be able to deliver any good art anytime soon. For the first time in my life, I'm feeling like it may be time to give up drawing. I'm very sorry.
EDIT: After some thinking and some encouragement, I think I'm just dealing with a serious combination of art block and being overwhelmed by RL issues. I will focus on just drawing for fun for now, and take a break from commissions for a while. Thank you guys so much for your support!

I agree, maybe is a break what you are looking for. Be it long or short one, never say forever you may not know for sure.

Do what you want to do, don't do what you don't want to do. If drawing isn't interesting anymore, give it a break until it is interesting again. Hope you're okay!

I know it may sound cliche, but sometimes when inspiration has run dry you gotta give yourself some time off until inspiration strikes again. Art is very fickle like that. You're an exceptional artist with ideas that stand out from the rest. Keep on doing what you've been doing, and never settle for mediocrity.

i wouldn't give it up. just take a break and come back when you're ready. never give up the things you like to do, it only causes you to be depressed. trust me on this, i gave up making music for a while and i hated myself everyday for doing it.
