By commissioning me you 100% agree to these terms regardless of if you have read them or not.

I have the right to edit or change these terms as I see fit. Most likely based on experiences I have with users.

Refunds

I do offer refunds but on certain reasons.

• I will refund the full amount if I have not started the commission
• I will partially refund you if I have already started based of what has already been completed. You will then not receive any of the product I had created. The sketch will be recycled for other use, possibly a YCH. If caught using it, you will be reported for theft as the artwork is under my copyright.
• I will only offer a refund based on a wait if you have waited over 2 months on your commission.
• I will NOT refund your money based on a change of mind. "I found someone to do it cheaper".... "I need the money back to pay for fuel for my car".
• Refunds will be given on a time frame that suits me. Yes you will get it. Though sometimes it wont be possible on a certain week. Such as I did not get paid enough from work that week. Especially if its a commission over $30. Any price under will be an easy instant refund.

General Disclaimers

• All commission status updates (Including life issues) are all located on my Trello Queue list. PLEASE look there before contacting me asking how the commission is going. I update it 95% regularly.

• Please allow up to 3 weeks with no updates before you even get remotely worried about your commission, then leave up to 2 months for full completion. I work most days of the week, come home tired to do art. sometimes I am not motivated. If I am forced to complete the art, you will not receive quality. That is a promise.

• I will NOT tolerate what so ever comment of my art style. Requesting to change something of your commission that is apart of something I do, I will not do. Such as the way I draw eyes, ears, hands, feet, the way I've inked something or shaded it. I will how ever make changes to the characters design its self, only if you showed me a reference that had it that I missed.

• If you give me a reference that is shaded. I will not be held responsible for the colours being off in your completed commission. As colour picking become difficult with out knowing what colour is the base.

• I will not work off you handing me a reference, then asking for a bunch of changes to the character. Please give me up to date references. I will how ever do something simple like a different hair style or clothes. But I will not completely re work your character, unless its a commission that has been bought for that.

• WIP's will only be sent unless specifically asked by the user.

• I reserve the right to drop a commission at any point of time for any such reasons. Reasons could include personal life problems or the way I feel I am treated by the user commissioning me. Most commonly it will be cause I feel I can't match what you want. If this occurs it will refer to my refund policy above.

• I do not work well on DIRECT posing instructions. If you are after a commission which is down pat exactly to something you have in your head, please find someone else. I work better with freedom. Feel free to suggest etc though.

• I don't always do commissions in order. It depends on how I feel and what I am motivated for.

• Payments are PAYPAL ONLY! And Upfront unless discussed otherwise.

• All work of mine is copyrighted, all rights reserved. Do not trace or alter my work unless given permission. Which includes but not limited too, removing my watermark, cropping or colouring a sketch.

• Reposting is only aloud for the user who commissioned for and/or character/s owner. If it is to be posted in more then one person (Such as commissioned by a friend) I need to be aware of where it is going.
