Follow these steps to install the addon file.
1. Open Firefox.
2. Open the menu [upper right hand corner]
3. Click Add-ons [puzzle piece icon]
4. Go to "extensions". [option on left hand side]
5. Click the tools button [the gear icon by the search bar]
6. Click "Install Add-on From File..."
7. Then select the Quick Journal file you just downloaded.
